This notice applies to all information collected or submitted in the Chatwise app. Chatwise does not collect personal information for any purpose.
Your message content and submitted images are cryptographically secured before being retained in our storage systems. Our employees are not permitted to access these storage systems for any reason besides troubleshooting and maintenence. This information can be permanently deleted upon request.
We do not use your message content for any reason. We may use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design app.
All personally identifiable information gathered can be disclosed to judicial or other government agencies subject to warrants, subpoenas or other governmental orders. But absent a legal compulsion, we will not divulge your information.

Chatwise does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
